Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course

Helping Parents Support Their Children Through Change

6 Sessions

This 6-week course is designed to help parents navigate separation, divorce, and co-parenting with greater awareness, emotional balance, and skill. Participants will explore how conflict impacts children, learn effective communication and problem-solving strategies, and gain tools to support their child’s emotional well-being through transitions. The course highlights ways to reduce stress, manage difficult interactions, and promote stability for both parent and child. Special attention is given to developing empathy, boundaries, and cooperative co-parenting techniques. By the end of the course, parents will leave with a clearer understanding of their role, a personalized parenting plan, and strategies to support healthy family dynamics, even when parents live apart.
