This 12-week course is designed to help individuals better understand and manage their anger in both personal and interpersonal settings. Participants will identify personal triggers, explore how past experiences and beliefs shape their reactions, and learn practical tools to navigate strong emotions. Each session introduces strategies for emotional regulation, communication, conflict resolution, and stress management. The course also focuses on building self-awareness and impulse control to support more intentional responses in challenging situations. By the end of the program, participants will have a personalized plan to manage anger in a healthy, lasting way. This course meets requirements for court-ordered anger management and provides documentation of attendance and completion.
