Our Story

Clear Skies Counseling was created to be a steady place to land when life feels overwhelming or unclear. We believe people do their best with what they have, and that seeking support is not a failure, but a thoughtful next step.

Many of the people who come to us have spent a long time holding things together on their own. They’re tired, unsure what else to try, and ready for something to change. We understand how hard it can be to trust the process, especially when asking for help doesn’t come easily.

Schedule Yourself

Schedule your intake session online. We’ll help you map out a realistic plan for your therapy that focuses on your specific needs. You’ll leave the session with a clear path forward.

Build Momentum

We’ll meet weekly or biweekly to address the challenges you’re experiencing and explore what needs to change, why, and how. You’ll learn new tools for navigating and overcoming your relationship or life challenges.

Measure Outcomes

Observe progress in improved emotional regulation, reduced stress symptoms, and stronger follow-through on meaningful changes. Respond more thoughtfully to challenges and apply new skills in daily life.
